Continuing its aggressive offline trajectory, the House of Rare has officially inaugurated its latest Rare Rabbit outlet at Vegas Mall, Dwarka, on April 21, 2026. Strategically positioned on the mall’s first floor, the store serves as a cornerstone for the destination’s premium retail mix, catering to the National Capital Region’s (NCR) increasingly sophisticated menswear demographic. This launch follows a period of robust expansion for the brand, which has successfully transitioned from a niche premium label to a dominant force in the organized Indian apparel market, now boasting a network of over 180 stores nationwide.

Financial resilience and the high-yield premium strategy

Rare Rabbit’s retail scaling is underpinned by a formidable financial performance, having crossed the Rs 600 crore revenue threshold in FY24 with a 69 per cent Y-o-Y growth rate. While many competitors have leaned heavily on aggressive discounting, Rare Rabbit has maintained its valuation through a strict full-price sell-through model, leading to a profit increase of 2.3 times to Rs 75 crore. The brand’s contemporary aesthetic aligns with our vision for a curated, high-end environment, stated Ravinder Choudhary, Vice President, Vegas Mall. As the brand eyes the Rs 1,000 crore milestone for the upcoming fiscal year, the Dwarka flagship is expected to leverage high footfall from West Delhi's urban affluent clusters, reinforcing the company's shift toward direct-to-consumer (D2C) excellence.
