The announcement took place on the occasion of Retail Employees' Day, an international observance held every year on 12th December to honour the retail professionals who are the backbone of everyday operations in the sector.
This will be a reliable support channel for the employees seeking help on workplace challenges such as working conditions, conflict resolution, Health & Safety, compliance issues, and career development support. With this initiative, the company intends to solidify its promise of a workplace culture where respect, empathy, and openness are the key values.
