adidas and Foot Locker, Inc. Announce New Long-Term Strategic Partnership Partnership advances joint commitment to sports community and sneaker culture.

adidas AG (XETRA: ADS.DE) (โ€œadidasโ€), a global leader in the sporting goods industry, and Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) (โ€œFoot Lockerโ€), the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, today announced a new and enhanced partnership built around product innovation, elevated experiences, and deeper consumer connectivity.

This enhanced relationship will establish Foot Locker as the lead partner for adidas in the basketball category, accelerate energy and hype launches, as well as include the development and expansion of key franchises across womenโ€™s, kids, and apparel.

Including all Foot Locker banners in North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, the new strategic partnership will target over $2 billion in retail sales by 2025, nearly tripling levels from 2021.

In 2022, adidas expects to generate incremental revenues of up to โ‚ฌ100 million as a result of the new partnership.

E-commerce firm Flipkart will help women artisans, weavers, and handicraft makers by promoting their craft on its platform in partnership with Telangana-based Aarunya.

Campus Activewear IPO: The company will complete the process of refunds to unsuccessful investors and crediting shares in the bank accounts of eligible investors by May 6.

Campus Activewear IPO, which received the highest subscription among IPOs announced so far in 2022, will announce the allotment status for its issue next week.

The maiden public offering of the leading sports and athleisure footwear brand received an overwhelming response from investors, getting subscribed 51.75 times during April 26-28.

Qualified institutional investors were at the fore with their allotted quota being subscribed 152.04 times, followed by non-institutional investors who bid for shares 22.25 times the reserved portion.

Retail investors bought shares 7.68 times the allotted quota and the employees' portion was subscribed 2.11 times.

The final issue price is expected to be fixed at Rs 292 per share, the upper price band.
