Dudani Retail launches Rs 10.54 crore SME IPO to fund expansion

Jaipur-based apparel enterprise Dudani Retail has officially opened its IPO to raise Rs 10.54 crore through the BSE SME platform. Structured entirely as a fresh issuance of over 3.6 million shares priced at Rs 29 each, the IPO targets key capital expenditures aimed at scaling operational capacity. Akshay Dudani, Managing Director, Dudani Retail, notes, the public listing marks an important operational milestone designed to reinforce the company's manufacturing competitiveness across domestic fashion markets while optimizing capital structures.

Deploying capital for financial requirements and debt rationalization

The capital proceeds are strategically allocated to address key financial and operational requirements, directing Rs 3.00 crore toward debt repayment and Rs 3.97 crore to strengthen operational working capital. Additionally, Rs 0.79 crore is earmarked for purchasing advanced machinery to upgrade its primary production plant in Jaipur. For the financial year ending March 2026, the company reported a stable operational revenue of Rs 24.58 crore alongside an improved profit after tax of Rs 1.90 crore, demonstrating resilient margin performance despite broader inflationary pressures within the regional textile sector.
